	Nicholas Nicholas, Owner and Massage Therapist, has been doing massage for his family for years. His innate touch abilities coupled with his desire to make people feel good fueled his intense passion for massage. Born in Washington, DC and raised in a small town in Vermont, and then later in DC, Nicholas has always been interested in reaching out and positively affecting the lives of other living beings. Nicholas has channeled his loving nature into working on healing gardens in urban environments as well as providing a listening ear for inner city youth. Seeking a hands on approach to helping people, Nicholas turned to professional massage.Nicholas views massage as a necessary, regular ritual that restores the equilibrium between the mind, body, and soul. Though his massage is luxurious, in his opinion, massage is anything but a momentary luxury. Rather it should be an integral component in daily life. He is attuned to his client’s needs and ensures that he and the client’s body are speaking the same language in complete harmony. In early 2006, Nicholas, along with his wife, Sheila, built a business centered on the notion that we all deserve to be our best selves and live our best lives. 	Sheila Sheila, Owner and Creative Director, is the image architect and behind-the-scenes persona that helps keep Love Life Massage moving smoothly. A designer in several disciplines (graphic design, web design, landscape design, print design, and most recently, floral design) she ensures that the image of Love Life Massage always remains the same - clean, polished, respectful, and of the highest quality. A New York native, Sheila is very logic oriented. Therefore, she handles logistics, administration, and preparation for all Love Life Massage endeavors. She also is the hostess of all spa parties. Though not a therapist herself, she is highly intuitive and cares deeply for the well-being of our clients. She blogs regularly about self-care, mental health tips, and moving through life in as happy a manner as possible. Known for her bubbly personality, Sheila enbraces the positive outlook she espouses. Sheila sees massage as a practical necessity and the celebration of happiness, inner peace, and love as her special calling.
